What data we process
Contact by e-mail. If you write to us, we use your name, e-mail address and the details in your message to reply and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: consent and steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep this data for up to 1 year after the enquiry is closed, or for the period required by law if a contract is signed.
Booking a call. Free consultations are booked through a Google Calendar booking page. Your name and e-mail address are recorded by Google LLC, which also sends you the Google Meet link. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
Server logs. The web server logs each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). We use these logs only to keep the site secure and to find errors, and they are deleted automatically after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

- Contabo GmbH (Munich, Germany): server infrastructure.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA): content delivery and protection against overload attacks. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland): visitor statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent. Transfers to Google LLC (USA) rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and visitor statistics
Google Analytics – only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, where they come from and which pages they view. It only loads if you click “Accept” in the banner at the bottom of the page. If you decline, it does not run and sets no cookies. If you accept, Google sets these cookies: _ga and _ga_GJY0FFR665 (to tell visits apart, they last 2 years). We look at the statistics in aggregate, advertising features (Google signals, ad personalisation) are switched off, and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google deletes the data after 14 months. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Changing your choice. You can give or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (tsc-consent) and is not sent to us.
Fonts and videos are served from our own server, so no data goes to third parties through them.
For security, Cloudflare may in some cases set a strictly necessary cookie (such as __cf_bm) to filter out automated traffic. It lasts up to 30 minutes and cannot be used to identify you. No consent is needed for it.

Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you and request its correction, deletion or restriction, object to its processing, or ask for a copy (data portability). You can withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu) or go to court.
